The Little House was built in 1985, and is one of the most interesting small homes you’ll ever see.  The basic footprint is only 18’ x 24’, but it is on 3 levels with bedrooms on the top and lower (walk-out) floor and living-dining-porches on the main floor.  The Little House, too, has been featured in multiple magazine articles.
